As Afrocentrism indicates, African heritage and culture began in old Egypt, the center of world development. Afrocentrists announce that traditional African society is more informed by its set of interactions than European culture. Recharged understanding of this history, they argue, could mentally benefit African Americans by encouraging them that their lifestyle, which was for a particular time degraded by European plunge Americans, has a vibrant and old heritage.
