My interviews with Jake Blue, an instructional coach, and Janet Doe, a 10th-grade teacher, went on well and were fascinating. Both professionals provided significant information based on their experiences working with teenagers. Blue asserted that teachers should handle adolescents carefully since it is a stage with numerous challenges. Moreover, Doe did not hesitate to affirm that teenagers are delicate and that one should have patience when nurturing them.

Each interviewee’s approach was significant in promoting the growth of students with socio-emotional, cognitive, and physical needs.
