How do social and emotional relationships influence the adolescents?
What technologies are most effective to facilitate learning in adolescents?
Part 2: Reflection
In 250-500 words, summarize and reflect on your interviews. How does each individual’s approach to development in adolescence promote growth for students with physical, cognitive, or socioemotional needs? What forms of technology are most effective to facilitate development and learning in adolescents? Explain how you will use your findings in your future professional practice.
APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.

My interviews with Jake Blue, an instructional coach, and Janet Doe, a 10th-grade teacher, went on well and were fascinating. Both professionals provided significant information based on their experiences working with teenagers. Blue asserted that teachers should handle adolescents carefully since it is a stage with numerous challenges. Moreover, Doe did not hesitate to affirm that teenagers are delicate and that one should have patience when nurturing them.

Each interviewee’s approach was significant in promoting the growth of students with socio-emotional, cognitive, and physical needs. Jake said that boys start experiencing body changes at the age of 9 years. The young males become masculine, voice breaks, and testicles enlarge.
