Select two threats from the list above that you did not use in your Assignment 3a presentation.
Create a minimum two-page document in which you outline a counterargument for the two threats you selected:
Write an opening statement describing the perception of each threat.
Write one paragraph for each threat (two paragraphs total) in which you give three reasons to explain why the threat is less of a priority to the global environment than the four you selected in Assignment 3a. Support your reasons with at least three credible sources.
A conclusion statement for each threat.
Cite at least three credible sources excluding Wikipedia, dictionaries, and encyclopedias for your assessment. A brief list of suggested resources has been provided at the end of the course guide.

There are numerous diverse threats that face the world we live in, some of which are controllable, while others we have no control over. In both cases, there are those that cause more damage than others and therefore, are given more priorities according to how they impact humanity from a direct perspective than others. The following threat, however, is not considered to be of high precedence.
1 Inappropriate uses of technology.
Anyone with the ability to access technology has a right to apply it. Though, different users normally end up using technology for other unintended purposes without the understanding of its repercussions. However, despite the many damages misuse of technology can possibly cause to an individual or even organizations, it is still not considered a high priority risk, Myer(2009). This is because of the fact that in most parts of the world, there is either low or no direct contact with technology. This is brought about by high levels of poverty in most parts, poor infrastructure thus leading to inaccessibility of most areas. Some parts of the world have struggled with war amongst themselves for a long period of time leaving no room for innovation or exploration of the already existing technology. Illiteracy also has played a part in lowering the attention on misuse of technology since most of the people who have no educational capabilities are unable to operate technological gadgets or equipment. Without these, the ability of one inappropriately using technology is minimal. In some of the developed nations, they are countermeasures put in place to pawn misuse of technology, this security indulgence is not only meant for the developed nations but also caters for the developing countries where the government may lack the ability technological ambiguity such as cyberbullying and crime.
