The world is changing at an unprecedented pace. Recent developments have caused a shift in the world’s most influential nations. The main cause of this has been the latest international affairs that have caused a shift in support of the major world initiatives. International relations are a major concern for every country in the world but there are relations between some major countries that affect the rest. In relation to what is happening currently in the world stage, it is evident to see that the core of international relations is moving from the Atlantic side of the world to the Pacific side.
The Situation in The Past
Western nations have for a long time been the greatest influencers of world domination. Such countries include the United States and the likes of Germany from Europe. Some trends of world domination initiated by them include the World War and the great recession. The situation has however changed due to recent events. Four nations in Asia known as the four tigers have been monumental in the implementation of this model. Through the influence of Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore followed suit in the implementation of this growth model. Later, countries such as Malaysia Philippines and Thailand followed the same model. In our present day, it is evident that this model has caused major changes in these mentioned Asian countries. They all focused on rising together and this made them be major influencers of major world development. These four nations revolutionized the concept of economic growth and in the process they gave the whole world a concept to embrace. Due to the initial actions of Japan, more countries in other continents are adopting this model of growth.
