According to Garrow (2015), nations such as the United States continue to harbor immigrants and natives who maintain peace and order by administering justice based on the legal frameworks established in their homelands and are based on their ancient laws. For instance, Hansen (2014) explains that the judicial system of the United States continues to accept the sovereignty of a wider range of Indian economies by allowing them to initiate their own laws and the inherent powers to be ruled by these legal frameworks. The current study proceeds on the premise that tribal justice is highly applicable and beneficial to the modern society if applied within the set institutional frameworks of a nation.
