After the performing the art search using various keywords of each invention, I have found that there are a few models of portable pesticide sprayer that utilizes the electrical power and most of the features of my invention are not contained in the current and under trial sprayers. For instance, most of the present and under trial pesticide sprayers do not have an extra caution and a computerized system. These pesticide sprayers do not offer excellent services as far as the comfort of the farmer and accurate amounts of various chemicals are concerned. Considering my imminent Powered Pesticide Sprayer has these new features, it is more patentable than the other two inventions. Most of the features on my Multiple Ink Pen are present in the current multicolored pens and I may violate some of the existing patents. For stance, several retractable pens use the basic idea I have applied on my imminent pen. These pens have more than two small ink barrels that are replaceable in case one decides to use a different color. As a result, there is an increased probability of infringing the present patents on the multicolored pens. Moreover, the antibody cancer drug does not present a good deal since there are several cancer drugs currently under trial, most of which are applying the antibody technique to deliver the chemical component to the malignant cells. Although my new drug has a combination of radioactive and chemical drug components, there is an increased likelihood of finding a patented therapy with such features. According to art search I have performed, most of the patented cancer drugs have various monoclonal antibodies and as such, my new drug could violate some of these patents. The Three Patents The first patented type of sprayer I have looked at is the foamable solutions, dispenser, and methods that was invented by John Karl Lampe in 2011 and patented 2012 (Lampe, 2012). This spraying device is composed of formable solution tank where the chemicals are mixed and sprayed to the garden crops. It is a method of making foamable solutions, particularly herbicides and pesticides and dispensing them to the crops (Lampe, 2012). These two functions are contained in the same device. The invention has a number of claims that define its patenting. The first claim describes the features of the sprayer. It indicates that the sprayer is made up of a container that holds the foamable solution, the mechanical foaming head that comprises of a mixing chamber, a liquid chamber, air chamber and a manifold (Lampe, 2012). This arrangement allows entry and mixing of the air with the solution to form the dispensable foam. The second claim indicates that the dispensable solution contains an active ingredient that kills the pests or unwanted herbs. The third claim points out that the active component in the solution must be herbicide, which is glyphosate (Lampe, 2012).
