Induction of the fair use in the copyright law is a cornerstone of promoting innovation, creativity, growth and development in the society. Traditionally, the means for attaining this end has been the acquisition of the economic incentives via copyright ownership. However, it should be understood that the rights granted under the copyright law brings the means but not the end.
