Being the manager of the restaurant, I would opt to evict the man from the premises. This is because in my opinion, it is the safest and most logical course of action. The key reason as to why I would rather evict the patron is because the restaurant, and the manger by extension, reserves the right of admission (Roy, 2005). Consequently, all the patrons in the restaurant are allowed to enjoy themselves at the pleasure of the restaurant’s management.
