History Paper Author Name University Name The Western art, also known as the art of Europe, encompassed the history of visual arts and was started by the Ancient Aegean and the Ancient Middle East civilizations. So far, it has left amazing impressions on our minds, and the world appreciates the ancient standing stones, artifacts, paintings, and carvings. However, with the passage of time, new patterns of artistic development have been introduced, adopted by today’s artists and transformed by North Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. Tiziano Vecellio (an Italian painter), Rococo and Baroque (the Court and the City), and the Renaissance art are the most incredible readings (Brigstocke, 2001). Born in 1488, Tiziano Vecellio or Tiziano Vecelli was an incredible Italian painter of ancient times. He is widely famous for his multiple contemporaries especially The Sun Amidst Small Stars. Tiziano is regarded as the most versatile painter of the history, whose painting methods were quite unique and appealing. He used to paint landscape backgrounds and religious objects, brought great revolutions in the Italian Renaissance period, and paved ways for future artists. Throughout his life, Titian kept learning new art forms and developed plenty of painting techniques, which changed drastically and helped him maintain his integrity, fame, and reputation. Most of his works do not contain bright and vivid tins, but the way Vecellio presented his paintings was quite amazing and extraordinarily special (Dorandi, 2015). In 1516, Vecelli started working on his first painting titled Assumption of the Virgin. It is one of his masterworks that helped the painter gain fame and popularity. He is best known for his deft use of colors and attractive renderings of the human forms. Shortly after completing his first painting, Titian came up with The Worship of Venus and cultivated a wide variety of royal patrons such as King Philip II (Dorandi, 2015). On the other hand, Baroque and Rococo are loosely defined terminologies, applied by common consent to Western art, from the 17th century to the 18th century. The term Baroque was previously used to define different forms of abuse, and is probably derived from an Italian word “barocco.” With the passage of time, it became a description of ideas originated in our minds. In Spain, the word “barrueco” is used to describe imperfectly and irregularly shaped pearls. Similarly, the term Rococo has been around for centuries.
