Primary and secondary sources both have some subtle relations and are directed as passing information with different degrees of interactions. In the case of the primary information sources, the information is raw with little or no interpretation, while secondary sources is always an interpretation of the primary data sources. It is also common to find that, secondary sources will have quotes, pictures and graphics among others extracted from the primary sources as a means of elaborating on the interpretations. In the case of the two primary sources, they bring the reader closer to the information source relative to the historical elements of the cold war and urbanization. The speech by President Truman to the congress brings out the historical element of the foreign policies as they affected the US and Greece. This is the same case relative to the warranty deed, which stipulates elements of urbanization relative to property management. The primary sources form the basis for the development of the secondary sources. The secondary sources are an interpretation of the primary sources, in light of the developments of the cold war and urbanization. It is not possible to form the secondary sources without the primary sources. This is relative to the fact that, it is the primary sources that give the raw information on what is to be interpreted and bring out the different meaning that can be found on the secondary sources. In most cases the secondary sources will vary greatly from the primary sources in terms of meaning, as different pieces of information can be derived from the primary information to form the secondary source.
