That feeling when your heart starts to beat fast, your body began sweating, you feel chills and trembling on your body, followed by breathing problems, these are the symptoms of an ongoing panic attack. Panic Disorder is the cause of repetitive panic attacks. It sometimes can be developed into a specific phobia called Agoraphobia, which is the fear of public spaces where escape is impossible. In this article, the author will differentiate adjustment disorder and agoraphobia disorder and the therapy done to lessen its effects.
Agoraphobia
As said in the previous statement that Agoraphobia is the fear of public spaces where escape is impossible. This happens to people when they are in a crowded place that they feel suffocated. Symptoms of Agoraphobia include feeling sick, chest pain, ringing in the ears, rapid heartbeat, and difficulty swallowing. Simultaneously, adjustment disorder starts when a stressful event happens in your life, and you have difficulty managing particular stress.
The attack of Agoraphobia is unpredictable, but there are ways to mitigate the effects. The first way is to learn new techniques when the phobia attacks, like staying where you are when the panic attacks, focus on non-threatening things, breathing slowly and deeply, overcoming your fear, resisting yourself to think ...
