Many parents are not familiar with child development centers, which are equally important in responding to children's stages of emotional, social, intellectual, physical growth and behavior (Noddings, 2015). The demand for childcare services is steadily increasing because more women are entering into workforce having limited time to become full-time homemakers. Today working mothers forms the largest population of the paid workforce. According to the 2013 US Bureau report, the number of married working women with school-age children has steadily increased (Goldin & Katz, 2016). To capture a niche in this mart, my proposal includes offering after-school care; this is an important service that has been overlooked. The organization’s mission will be to offer accessible early childhood stimulation care services that aims at meeting the needs of after school children. The vision is to exist to provide a safe and conducive environment for school age children to enhance their physical, cognitive, social and emotional development.
