-The signature assignment involved completing assessments with our purposeful group for a fictional patient who is at high or extreme caries risk. After we had to create a comprehensive dental hygiene care plan. This assignment helped me learn how to create a well throughout dental hygiene care plan for a patient is at high caries risk. Throughout this course there are numerous valuable lessons I have gained, which will help me in my future practice.  With regard to the Course Learning outcomes or CLOs, I can demonstrate clinical skills and techniques for comprehensive patient care. Other essential lessons that I have gained through the CLOs is also correlating the scientific knowledge to principles of dental hygiene practice.

- While there were many valuable lessons gained through the course, challenges were also experienced. The course required extensive learning about all the steps and right care to give the right patient. There were many times where I would not know what is thebest dental hygiene care plan to give the patient because there are so many factors that need to take into consideration that makes it more difficult. For example we need to take in there probing information, look at there x-rays, check there plaque index, check there calculus map and so on.

-I do belive that this term it became a little easier for me to navigate around making dental hygiene care plans and providing the patient with the right OHI. I have obtained many skills through out this term, one skill that has been optained from this dental hygiene care plan is to make a well though out plan for a patient with high risk caries.
