Assume that the example risk management program you analyzed in Topic 1 was developed by and is now currently implemented by your health care employer/organization. Further assume that your supervisor has asked you to present a high-level summary brief of this new risk management program to a group of administrative personnel from a newly created community health organization in your state who has enlisted your organization's assistance in developing their own risk management policies and procedures.
Compose a 1,250-1,500 word summary brief that expands upon the elements you addressed in the Risk Management Program Analysis Part One assignment. In addition, analyze the following:
1.Explain the Joint Commission's role in the evaluation of an organization's quality management processes.
2.Describe the roles that different levels of administrative personnel play in establishing or sustaining operational policies that are focused on employer-employee organizational risk management policies.
3.Explain the relationship of risk management programs and compliance with ethical standards.

The university is responsible for providing residents, staff, contractors, voluntary workers, and visitors with a safe and healthy environment. Also, the university is required to ensure that the operations and activities of the institution do not put the local community or organization surroundings at risk of injury, illness, harm, or damage. The risk management plan focuses on the on employees and students.
The Role of the Joint Commission's in Evaluating Quality Management
The Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations is considered as a board that remains responsible for establishing standards for clinical engineering programs. On the other hand, JCHAO develops standards for healthcare organizations and issues accreditation to the medical facilities that meet the laid down standards (Allen et al, 2015). Several of the standards addressed by this Commission address environmental issues since several environmental related aspects of performance are defined as per the Environment of Care or the EC standards.
Given this, it is essential to consider that the Joint Commission assesses organizations that comply with the regulations through direct observations, staff interviews, and data analysis. The commission is charged with the responsibility of certifying healthcare organizations and programs in several medical institutions in the US (Allen et al, 2015). The Commission publishes quarterly reports that incorporate approaches aimed at tracking performance on quality measures and issues annual reports on its efforts driven towards emphasizing the essence of health accountability and continuous improvements.
Additionally, the Joint Commission monitors the quality of healthcare services by establishing approaches of continually reviewing best practices that optimize patient care. The commission jointly works with other experts in identifying quality measures, with the establishment of performance standards that guide healthcare providers in the administration of care achieved through the improvement of performance (Huntink et al, 2015). Health institutions are consequently required to adhere to standardized processes on the established quality management approaches, thus reporting on the improvements achieved.
Medical facilities are required to submit their annual periodic performance reports and reviews to the commission, thus detailing their need to conduct self-assessments that clearly ascertain their compliance with the standards established by the commission.
