The target audience for the program are the adults who have children or the guardian of a child. More often than not as a parent or a guarding one is required to move around and carry the baby with them. Being an adult that travels quite often in a vehicle and in the company of child is requirement for the program recommendations.
Importance of the Topic
This is a very sensitive issue as CDC indicates that every other hour, there are almost 150 children between the ages of 0 to 19 years that are brought in to the emergency departments for injuries that have sustained from motor vehicle accidents (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2017).
