Even though, nurses ought to rely on evidence-based practice when caring for patients with wounds, they collaborate with the physicians while they require considering the protocols and guidelines in the workplace. Nursing interventions not only help to maintain client integrity, but also integrity. One of the main nursing goals in wound management is to end dependence, and the nursing theories focus on specific variables in clinical research to address clinical problems.
