           Client X is a silent character. He is active in sports and no other co-curricular activities. He has a limited number of friends and is often accompanied by the same people always. Client X rarely talks in the group therapy sessions, not unless he has to. This are instances like greeting people during introductions. He is hard to converse with and often shuts off or generalizes topics when engaged. Client X has a paranoid personality disorder. This explains his unwillingness to confide in others. Client Y is a cheerful character. She is always loud and eager to be heard. She is always in multiple groups and seems to have a lot of friends. She is often in revealing clothes and appears to be hungry for attention. Client Y has been in a drug rehabilitation center. Everyone knows her and seems to be cool with her. Client Y has a histrionic personality disorder. 
           Cognitive behavior therapy will serve as an effective treatment method. I will engage Client X frequently (has a paranoid personality disorder) to try to get them to talk about their past. I will then establish the possible causes of his disorder, after which I will engage him in...
