A PICOT starts with a designated patient population in a particular clinical area and identifies clinical problems or issues that arise from clinical care. The intervention should be an independent, specified nursing change intervention. The intervention cannot require a provider prescription. Include a comparison to a patient population not currently receiving the intervention, and specify the timeframe needed to implement the change process.
Formulate a PICOT statement using the PICOT format provided in the assigned readings. The PICOT statement will provide a framework for your capstone project.
In a paper of 500-750 words, clearly identify the clinical problem and how it can result in a positive patient outcome.

The reason as to why many organizations turn out to be productive is the fact that they maintain a comfortable workplace that enables the employees to work effectively towards the achievement of the organizational goals. This case can also be applied in the hospitals whereby, the nurses require ample time so that they can be able to accord the best care to their patients. However, there has been some level of bullying on novice nurses by other healthcare professionals. In addition, this creates an uncomfortable work environment hence making it difficult for such nurses to provide quality health care.
Among the bullying is a situation whereby a senior nurse delegates all their duties to a novice nurse regardless of the amount of experience that the novice nurse. In some cases, the novice nurse might not have attended to a patient with a similar problem in the past.
