In other words, the population is aging patients who require short-term in-home care, and the problem is patient satisfaction. The intervention utilizes a logistics plan, while the alternative or comparison is for the organization not to use a logistics plan. Outcomes include patient satisfaction, while two months is the time frame for the intervention.
