To do this, there is a need to know the patient's medical history as well as the current set of drugs that the patient is using. Additionally, all the factors about the patient need to be taken into consideration, such as demographics and any disease history; a process known as comprehensive patient assessment. In this case, it is important to take into consideration the patient's weight history as well as his diagnosis of hypertension and hyperlipidemia. It is important to analyze the patient's behavioral factors. How pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic processes are affected by gender and behavioral factors. These two processes greatly vary between men and women. According to Franconi and Campesi (2014), women have been found to have more adverse reactions to certain medications compared to men. These reactions are not only adverse but also severe. Behavioral factors, on the other hand, entail quite a lot, but the bottom line is that they are caused mainly by the environment of the caregiver and the patient. As a result, men and women can be taken as two very different specimens when placed in a certain environment, since this would, in turn, impact their behavior or that of the physician. Similarly, hypertension and hyperlipidemia instances vary greatly between men and women due to their differences in behavior. For patient AO, the fact that there has been a 9-pound increase in weight is an immediate risk factor for hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Hypertension has got various classes.
