The health sector, being a very important part of the society, is very demanding for performance planning to make sure that the health centers stay focused on their goals and objectives. The major purpose of health care centers is health service provision to the community thus the need for performance management is highly needed. Besides, other factors such as risk management, employee care, accreditors and stakeholders service makes up the macro aspect of the health care centers. Therefore, it requires more attention than any other activity within the health care facilities. There are some aspects of services in health care facilities which are very key to the performance management of care organization that should be observed and adhered. The paper highlights on some of these key policies which need to be formulated to enhance an effective working area. Organizational goals i. To provide quality health care services to all the members of the society with no discrimination or limit. ii. To meet the demands of the society in the health sector by facilitation on all medical requirement as by the community demands. iii. To manipulate transparency within the health care centers. iv. To Increase the level of trust between the society and the health care center through the provision and executing of care duties through highly skilled members of staff. v. To monitor the performance and the credibility of the health care centers and stay focused on the objectives of the global health care system. Organizational objectives i. Delivering of services to our clients with no limit despite their backgrounds or their cognitive level on social status. The major reason for the existence of the health care is to provide the society with a quality health care services without them being discriminated due to their cultural factors or practices as it might not comply with the health care requirements. The health care centers should, therefore, be responsible for offering healthcare services to all the members of the society without discrimination or seclusion. ii. Uphold national health care ethical codes within the areas of health care provision. The health care service providers are monitored and guided by universal health care laws which therefore should be adhered to. The health care practitioners should always adhere to the stated code of ethics. Therefore, they should fulfill it to make sure that they do what is expected. iii. Helping the society realize the importance of health care and why as an individual it should be one's responsibility to get accredited medical services. Educating the society on some of the regulations which they can apply to control some of the diseases which is part of the role of the health care centers (Abels, Cogdil, & Zach, 2014).
