Interview a patient with a chronic pulmonary health condition who is on at least two medications.
In a 1,350-1,600-word paper, discuss the following:
Obtain a complete health history.
Obtain a complete medication history, including prescription and over-the-counter drugs or supplements.
Analyze the client's current knowledge level of medications and compliance with the prescribed dosing and administration.
For each medication, identify the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, dose, route of administration, side effects, adverse reactions, any drug interactions, potential safety issues, and the impact on the client's health status.
Formulate possible interventions related to lack of drug efficacy, lack of client knowledge, or client compliance issues as identified during the interview.

1 Complete Medical History
This interview is conducted on patient C, who negated the idea of providing his name for the interview.
The Patients Social Hx: Heavy smoker smoking 20 cigarettes/day over the past 14 years old (54 pack-years). Currently lives in single roomed house with his wife. The patient retired 5 years ago from a factory that dealt with the production of genetic food nutrients. The patient gave up on alcohol 5 years ago. In order to determine the patients complete medical history, the following interview was conducted;
Doctor:When did you first notice you had a shortness of breath during rest or exercise?
Patient: I have noted an intense shortness of breath over the past few months. In most cases, even when not engaging in any strenuous activities, I experience this problem.
Doctor:How often does this occur?
Patient: Well when engaged in activities the shortness of breath becomes intense. During rest, I may also experience this though not intense as when doing an activity.
Doctor: How long have you been experiencing a shortness of breath? Is this condition worsening?
Patient:I have been experiencing a shortness of breath for the past three months. The condition is however worsening since I have not noted any changes.
Doctor:How far can you walk, and if so, how many steps do you make before stopping as a result of shortness of breath?
Patient:Well I may not establish the exact number of steps I can make but I do not go far before experiencing this issue.
Doctor:How often and when do you mostly cough?
