According to the table, it is apparent that the hospital has a broad hospital director. The hospital director is the Chief Executive Officer of the facility, who commands management, all the operations and functions of this healthcare organization. The hospital director further oversees the responsibilities of the hospital advocate, the human resource department, the head of patient advocacy, the assistant director of forensic services, chief services officer, the director of clinical services, the deputy hospital director and the director of laboratories (Barr & Dowding, 2016). All the departments in the organizational chart are obliged to report their concerns to the general director of the hospital.
The hospital’s attorney and the human resource department are related in the sense that they oversee the functions of the hospital’s chief services officer, director of clinical services, deputy director of hospital and director of laboratories. The mentioned divisions raise their concerns and report to the hospital attorney and the department of human resource (Barr & Dowding, 2016). Furthermore, the head of patient advocacy and the assistant director of forensic services inspect the responsibilities of the chief services officer, director of clinical services, deputy director of the hospital and the director of laboratories. Similarly, all the latter mentioned departments can air their concerns and present their findings to the head of patient advocacy and assistant director of forensic services.
To manifest its support to the hospital's workforce management, the healthcare facility requires several communication strategies. Therefore, the first imperative element is the communication of the hospital's vision and mission by the hospital director to both the inner and the general employees of the organization. The hospital director can spread the information by briefing the core leaders of the facility with and the mission then the leaders of departments can explain the same to the rest of the individual employees of their corresponding departments (Kreps, 2016).
