We are committed to providing every patient with an exceptional experience every day, whether they encounter our staff in the hospital or in their own homes. Include in the identification process the definition of what type of care strategy (Case method, functional nursing, team nursing, primary nursing) that is UTILIZED. This is a community hospital with RN on the floor and patient care tech. I am on the medical surgical floor. Reference the source for the appropriate care strategy discussed above. Interview the nursing manager, nursing director, or VP of patient services.
