Executive Summary
This business plan will cover the plans of Elizabeth Jones to start up her own independent practice in the state of New Jersey as a means of opening her own primary care clinic there. This will obviously require a lot of work, and in this plan, Jones wants to lay out her plans as to the initial set-up of her clinic, and the expenses associated with that (including the utilities and overheads which she deems necessary), as well as the expenses associated with taking on employees and providing for insurance and continuing education for all involved. Mission Statement

Capital Requirements
For beginning, Elizabeth Jones has calculated that she will need to have at least two other Nurse Practitioners with her, as well as an administrative assistant to handle the paperwork. As the clinic grows, this will naturally increase, but for now, the human element is three other people and Jones herself.
