Negotiation in relation to patient Education
Negotiation is a discussion between two or more people planning to reach an agreement over specific issues. In this case, negotiation involves a patient and a health care professional. Usually, patients would want to understand personal health better and require a medical practitioner to advise them. In the Medical world, practitioners share decision-making with their patients as part of the routine to ensure the patients get well.

Patients’ Contract in a Negotiation

The agreement defines how the client should attend to appointments, patients to observe physical and verbal conduct; maximum privacy from the staff-handling patient's information is paramount. It also lists the responsibilities of a healthcare provider.
Old Age and Baby Boomers

The healthcare system is likely to be affected due to the anticipated retirement of baby boomers, who make a large population of health care providers. The problem seems to escalate as more nurses are being overworked due to shortage, although more efforts are being put into solving it.
