The American Nurses Association Bill of Rights is an authoritative document that states all the rights of nurses, emphasizing on providing high-quality care in a safe work environment (Hall & Bobinski, 2014). This statement acts as reminders to employers of what nurses are expecting in their workplaces.
Advanced Practice nurses are expected to provide high-quality services and maintain respect for human dignity (Hall & Bobinski, 2014). On the other hand, employers are expected to follow safety standards based on the occupational safety and health standards, these include providing safety clothing and adhering to all the safety guidelines.
