As faculty members, you have been asked to design a 4-hour Leadership Strategies course that would accommodate the learning styles for a selected 10 students. The students have all completed a learning style inventory in which three of the students are determined visual learners, four are kinesthetic learners, and the rest are auditory learners. Note: The intended audience for the course can be either newly graduated nurses or experienced staff nurses as you choose.
Compose a 1,000-1,250-word paper which describes your plan to accommodate the learning styles of each student. This plan starts with defining course objectives; use the "A-B-C-D Method of Writing Objectives" resource as a guide. The objectives should incorporate Bloom's taxonomy, be written at the appropriate level for the audience, and include at least two learning domains (cognitive, psychomotor, and affective). Make sure to include the following:
An outline of the course content and agenda that will be covered.
Descriptions of the learning activities and the rationale for the learning activities selected
Strategies to assess learning, based on the learner objectives
Use at least three scholarly, peer-reviewed resources less than 5 years old in addition to the course materials.
Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is required.

The contemporary global dynamic nature of challenges faced by leaders especially in the field of nursing brings about the need for leaders with visions as well as proper strategies that can propel an organization to greater levels of success. Good leaders should be at a position to identify all the needs of an organization and provide a clear way towards the achievement of the goals of a firm/ institution. Training offered to such leaders is absolutely critical to ensure that they have the necessary skills of leadership and management and at the same time, it helps to sharpen their knowledge so that they can be up to date in terms of ability to handle the ever dynamic challenges of leadership. This paper seeks to provide a plan on how to accommodate the various learning styles for every student through definition of objectives by use of the A, B, C, D methods, incorporation of Bloom taxonomy as well as an outline of the course content in offering leadership training on the various leadership strategies and techniques. It will use the technique of reading and analysis of information from various credible sources and materials. It will provide a discussion of the various training/ learning methods for different types of students, i.e. the visual, audio and kinesthetic students. Course objectives will be clearly evaluated as well as the course contents in order to provide a clear set of guidelines for the outline of the plan. Ultimately from the paper one can be able to identify the various types of students to be trained i.e. the visual, audio and kinesthetic students and what they need, for instance, clear visual and audio teaching aids and aspects as well as the incorporation of Bloom’s taxonomy in the crafting of the details of the plan.
Strategies of leadership can be uncertain, more so for managers as well as leaders who more often do find themselves in such managerial and eldership positions without having any knowledge or training on the various strategies and policies of leadership. Due to such reasons, it is critical that the people in the aspiration of becoming leaders in the various institutions should undergo various training on leadership strategies. Such training is available on leadership courses and strategies more so for the fresh graduates who are about to get to the job market together with the training of those already in the job market. In providing teachings to such adult people it is vital to take into consideration the various learning techniques for the leaners in order to guarantee effective delivery of content to the learners. Additionally, sound devices can also be used to enhance their understanding. Learning methods
Just like in other different types of fields of education, use of various tutoring techniques and aids is important in tutoring learners in the nursing field. Use of a chart, video and even projection of the notes improves and makes learning even more effective for the visual students. Likewise, for the audio students, such learners need the use of sound devices so as to explain the various contents to them.
