In health care reforms, the objective is mostly to improve health outcomes and quality of care and without resulting in higher health care costs (Whittington et al., 2015). The triple aim is goals one of the key strategic frameworks to support the reform efforts. The case for this is that there is more emphasis on systematic thinking and population health in health policy. Addressing the components of the Triple Aim is associated with improvement in health and health care. There has been greater support for culture change in health care to improve care delivery to enhance the quality of care and patient satisfaction.   Focusing on the individual’s care experience where there are measures to improve patient satisfaction is more common than before.
