The other important aspect is effectual decision making to ensure the decision the firm makes is consummate for the operations of the health institution. Institutions achieve most of their set goals and objectives in environments where there is good decision-making. The other factors include meaningful recognition, reliable leadership, and ensuring that staff members work under favorable conditions.
