Despite the primary importance of providing excellent and timely care for others, healthcare organizations must almost always be profitable to sustain its own functions. Profitability allows an organization, not only to fulfill its responsibilities based on the state or national guidelines, but also to work towards its mission, goals, and policies CITATION Sut17 \l 1033 (Suthrum, 2017). Accordingly, one of the things that I like most in your research is the organization that you are trying to study. Dignity Health is indeed a profitable company as it tries to generate income, not only from grants and donations, but also from other kinds of investments that would boost its portfolio.
