Introduction
Health care is anchored on sustaining society’s wellbeing via prevention, treatment, and diagnosing an illness, or physical, or mental impairment. Medical care is offered by professionals within diverse health disciplines including nurses, occupational and physical therapists, dentists, pharmacists among others. Health care services availability varies across communities and individuals. It is also increasingly impacted by social and economic contexts and healthcare policies. Healthcare systems or medical organizations offer health services to target populaces. A functional health system incorporates a financing approach, trained and well-compensated human resources, and sustained medical facilities to deliver quality services and reliable knowledge to offer a framework for policy formulation and decision-making processes. Health care organizations offer medical services and contributions to clinical ends. Their primary objective is centered on providing medical services at a relatively affordable prices and in optimal quality to community members. This report address Banner Health preparedness in meeting the medical care needs of the populations within the next decade.
Description of Banner Health
Banner Health is recognized and regarded as a premier health system in the United States for the clinical quality offered to patients within its hospitals. It is a nonprofit organization with its headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. Banner health currently manages 30 hospitals, incorporating learning medical facilities and other related medical services and entities within six states. The organization has transformed from a medical system of hospitals to a completely integrated system including significantly expanded services via Banner Health Network. Banner shows a significant capacity to effectively manage the wellness and heath of populaces of insured members within both private and government plans, with over one million members currently under Banner Health’s provider networks. With over 50,000 workers, Banner Health constitutes the biggest private employer within Arizona.
