Entailed in this paper are two events that require legal responsibility whereby health information should be provided to a state or federal public well-being organization. Successful public health systems that can ensure the country’s health require joint efforts from a versatile network of administrations and people in the public and private sector. These versatile networks are combined with the configuration of policy and practice of administrative public health organizations at the state, local, and national levels. Management at each level (state, local, and national) has a particular duty to establish the circumstances in which persons can be as fit as possible.
Description of the Events
The first event reported in the news is the prevalence of arthritis in the United States. In contemporary society, doctor-diagnosed arthritis is prevalent throughout the nation, as stated by a new study that looks at where arthritis is most prevalent (Hootman et al., 2016). In circumstances such as this, individuals must take the legal responsibility and report this prevalence to the state or federal health care organizations.
The second event that requires legal obligation is the demand for the improvement of medical information for varied ethnicities, languages, and races. The country’s health care data infrastructure does not afford the required level of detail to recognize which groups would gain from targeted quality improvement measures or experiencing health care disparities.

For the first event, various units within the CDC worked to reinforce the public health arrangement.
