Katharine Briggs and Isabel Myers created the Myers-Briggs Type Personality Inventory (MBTI). It comprises of a test that aims to establish an individual's personality. According to Briggs and Myers, four primary categories exist that characters are based on, and they include feelings, intuition, sensation, and thinking capacities (Buchbinder & Shanks, 2011). The four psychological functions suggest ways in which human beings interpret phenomena and world experiences. Out of the four principles, one of them is the most overriding. The MBTI highly correlates with health care management regarding how to handle professionals, which is will be the topic under discussion. It will also illuminate the importance of strategic and administrative actions in health care management.
