Latina people take vaccines recommended by the ministry of health.

A small percentage have not vaccinated their children against viral diseases. Tough they live amongst other people who are immunized, they still pose a threat towards managing outbreaks of known diseases.

Neighborhood facilities shared by community members such as schools and churches can facilitate the spread of an outbreak.
An outbreak would spread fast amongst members of any Latino community.

While most still follow the Ministry of Health's general guidelines on the outbreak, a small substrate of the population ignores the guidelines. Mostly they are influenced by their political leanings.
