Hospital administrators ensure that the daily operations of the hospital run smoothly. Similar to other people in leadership positions, administrators manage people, resources and facilities to ensure smooth running (Morrison, 2015). Health administrators may perform specialist or general functions, and they coordinate activities across multiple departments. The hospital administrators make decisions, solve problems, collaborate with stakeholders conduct budgetary functions and manage talent in hospitals. The health executives also have social responsibilities to improve health outcomes while managing resources.
Recruitment and management of staff

To achieve this, it is necessary to direct and coordinating activities in various departments.
