This paper addresses the provision of medical care by health and social care providers. This issue is about a man, Nikolai, who was at risk of developing myocardial infarction due to existing coronary artery disease among other cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction and cerebrovascular accident, he visited a healthcare center. He is provided with a medical with a medical plan by his physician in the nearby health care in the community. His family, the physician, friends, and religion are his hope of support to deal with the issue. He has to keep a check on his diet, exercise, drinking, and entire lifestyle. His progress in the physician’s main concern which determines the efforts to ensure he recovers.
Critique of Last Physical Assessment
Whereas there can be various methods that can be confirmed as tried and tested, application of such, becomes a central and hence, crucial part of the whole exercise. Nikolai, a 41-year-old Caucasian man regularly experienced severe chest pains for the past year, which he described as his chief complaint (CC). He is a stable man economically with support from his family. His physician explained that Nikolai had angina pectoris. This is a condition caused by impairment on the blood vessels supplying oxygen and blood products to the myocardium. Additionally, it is was identified that Nikolai is at the risk of developing myocardial infarction because of his prevalent coronary artery disease condition and other cardiovascular diseases like the myocardial infarction and cerebrovascular accident. The nearby community health care center, his religion, and his family are his hope mainly in boosting his morale.
The medical facility was a nearby community health care center. However, Nikolai had a personal physician due to his history with other related illness. This was to ensure that he was under the supervision of a skilled medical professional, at any one time. The environment was characterized by very cold climates, fairly clean facilities, and relatively few medical practitioners. The physician conducted sensory perception like the tactile, auditory and visual, aims to determine possible health risks that were associated with such a medical condition.
