Resolving Conflict In The Health Care Workplace

I want to make my primary post an estimated of 150 words in one paragraph. Then, I want to make my secondary post an estimated of 125 words in one paragraph. This secondary post will do it on the revision process after I submit my primary post that you make. Then, I will ask a revision and includes the information of my classmates primary post and the information of the Horizontal Violence in service on Monday April 23. Primary post instructions:
Develop a "conflict" scenario that may happen between a nurse (you) and another health care staff member (another nurse, physician, department director, patient, patient family etc.) within a work environment and post it as a primary discussion. Problem solve a scenario that one of your fellow-classmates has posted. Offer suggestions on how to solve the conflict as well as how the conflict could have been avoided. Use at least 1 evidence based resource as well as information gathered from the Horizontal Violence in-service on Monday, April 23th to support your ideas.
