According to the revelations and insights given in this case study, Joe is mentioned to have heard noises of someone complaining that he was hurt by a nurse in the medical facility, an incidence that is suggested to have occurred over a period of twenty minutes. Joe in his attempt to discover the problem, asked one of the nurses within the facility called Lattimore, who informed him that the patient was named Marie, a 69-year-old lady who apparently had issues with the nursing staffs and out of this, she had to be taken for dialysis since she suffered from a heart and kidney failure. In my view, Joe was not wrong in attempting to ask about the patient's information since he was also a patient in the medical facility and demanded to know the reasons for such noises and if the patient was being treated unfairly.
