Introduction

As per the American Diabetes Association, about 29 million people are affected by diabetes. Most of the diabetic patients’ record is related to pedal complaints. Pedal complaints include toenail thickness and pain. In many cases, the fungal toenail is ignored just like other health issues such as retinopathy, diabetic foot wounds, and cardiovascular risk issues. Therefore, it is better to attend the pedal complaints timely to avoid worse circumstances. In the current case study, 42 years old Caucasian woman is feeling her foot weak and numb for about 3 weeks. She gets dehydrated in a short span of time and getting overweight by getting 20 pounds in the last six months. To overcome such issues, it is vital to generate an effective plan with proper awareness and lifestyle consideration.
Management Plan
With the passage of time, technology is changing and there is a need to update the management plan accordingly. To offer effective evidence-based management plan to the effected Caucasian woman related to diabetes to the effected woman, it should consist of ability, skills, and knowledge that is essential to overcome diabetes-related obstacles.
