There are changing needs in the health sector where there is a focus on getting solutions. The project is necessary to expand coverage in health care to complement the work of other health agencies and institutions and able to reach the neediest people. Thus, there is a need to fund the project, which will help to reduce the cost of care and improve access to quality care. The mobile health promotion outreach program will empower the underserved communities and improve access to health promotion, preventing cancer complications and health care. Providing care to vulnerable patients will improve the community’s overall health.
The CLC Business plan requires accounting and financial data, and for the first year, the funding is $ 800,000 and in the following year $ 875,000. On the other hand, the direct costs increase from $ 250,000 to $ 275,000 the following year. On the other hand, the total expenses increase from $507,200 to $557,920.
Creating supporting and providing human and financial is necessary to benefit the low-income population and vulnerable groups, some of whom are disproportionately affected by breast cancer, one of the most expensive diseases to treat. Before implementing comprehensive health programs that will improve health outcomes, there is a need to create awareness among the target community. For medical treatment, when the existing coverage does not cover the required services, there is a need to prioritize how best to extend health care so the targeted communities do not incur higher costs for failing to go for regular screening.
Vehicle selection and design are promoting the program that will promote and provide breast cancer screening activities one of the guiding principles to assessing the mobile health promotion outreach program is that the intervention is evidence-based and cost-effective (Rim et al., 2019). Enabling healthy environments where there is awareness requires an effective promotion campaign including vehicle selection to reach the communities when required and to provide the required services.
The program is necessary to reduce mortality from breast cancer and improve the quality of life. To achieve this, there is a focus on detecting tumors in the early stages and enabling access to detection, while also reducing the risk of complications and the need for surgery (Coleman, 2017). The target population is women above 50 years where it is expected that the women will undergo screening tests and there will also be a focus on patient education.
