Financial impacts on health laws and policies
The health laws and policies may create a great impact on the financial obligations of a state or country. Health laws and policies that are set in any government within the healthy ministries have great financial impacts. According to (Pocock & Phua, 2011). The enactment of these laws and policies therefore should be done with a lot of carefulness so that it can finally lead to sustainable healthcare for the government.
The public health policy is a short term policy that is put in place by the government for the purpose of making sure that the health sector has attained the overall goals and objectives of the health department. The settings up of these policies have a high impact on the finance obligation by the government.
Public health campaign-The coming up of health campaigns against a certain disease has an impact of finance in any government. The amount of the money that may be allocated for the campaign differ from time to time, for instance the amount allocated for this program in last year was estimated to be $ 2billions, this year the amount has been escalated to $ 3. 5billion. This means that the common citizens are going to dig deep into their pockets because of this health policy.
Affordable health care policy-Through the establishment of policies like this, they bring about a high financial impact to the common citizen as it covers and protects the one who contributes to the program. In the last three years 2016, 2017 and 2018, the allocation has been $ 4.5billions, $5.7billions and $ 6. 4billions.The current year's estimation is $ 7.7billions, meaning that the allocation keeps on increasing and brings a great pressure on the financial allocations.
Health laws are those enactments that are aimed at improving the health status of the citizens in a given country (Rosenbaum, 2011). The establishments of these laws have a far much reaching impacts on the financial obligation in any government. The government should therefore come up with laws which are reasonably fair economically and efficient.
Public Insurance-This is a program which ensures that every individual is covered by against sickness. This is aimed at reducing the mortality rates in any country.
