Is Public Health Law in need of reform? Public health law examines how the government plays its role at different jurisdictional levels to ensure the wellbeing and to improve the health of people within the societal norms and limits (Coggon, 2017). In simple words, we can say that the primary focus of public health law is on the government’s duties in order to achieve certain health-related goals and to ensure that people are provided with the best care or treatment options without any discrimination.
Currently, public health law of the country seems to be good and I do not think that it needs any kind of reform (Molella, 2010). This is because attention is already being paid on legal issues in health practice in order to ensure that citizens are provided with the most affordable and effective medications and treatment options.
