In the community, people have been complaining about the issue of having speed bumps erected around children playing grounds. They are also advocating for the installation of surveillance equipment to ensure the safety of their children (de Zeeuw & Flusche, 2011). This one implementation should be passed into law that there should speed bumps around playgrounds and monitoring equipment. According to a recently concluded research, many states have tried to pass the bill into law but have always been rejected in the committee hearing. One recommendation would include that no child should go to the play park without supervision. With the introduction of this, the law will receive more support to catch the attention of the legislator. After the law has been seen by the legislator, he will introduce it to the members of the committee who will decide and vote on it (Rubin, 2013). If approved, it will be passed to the full House who will discuss the merits and demerits of the bill.
