We discussed in the previous project that water is as important as is the life of a person (Ball, 2012). In fact, the survival of an individual may not be possible if enough water is not drunk daily. It is especially important when someone does exercises or other types of physical activity. Amazingly, we are on the right track, and by 2020, we will be able to meet the goals or objectives associated with this indicator.
This is because now more and more people know that water is necessary for hydration.
