It’s safe to say that clean water is needed for one’s survival, health, and wellbeing. In recent years, different campaigns have been initiated regarding the consequences of impure water which is drunk in almost all parts of the United States and worldwide (Mathias & Young, 2004). Water is more just an excuse to stop and catch one’s breath while they exercise. As people lose water from their bodies through sweat, they will need to fulfill the requirement of the body with new water in order to stave off the harmful effects of dehydration.
