Ask this person what activities he or she undertakes on a regular basis to remain OSHA compliant.
Based on your findings, write an essay synthesizing and analyzing the OSHA issues faced by the facilities manager. This essay should provide a list of the OSHA standards that apply to the organization, describe the ways the organization becomes compliant with OSHA regulation, provide examples of the common violations of these regulations found in the facility, and explain how the facility stays abreast of the changes in the standards.

OSHA standards offer legal directives to the employers on how to protect their employees from various hazards at the work place. OSHA is keen to ensure compliance and this is achieved through conducting inspections that are conducted without prior notice. This paper is aimed at discussing the extent to which St. Louis University Hospital complies with OSHA standards.
Saint Louis University Hospital is accredited by the joint commission on accreditation of health care organizations (JCAHO). The hospital just like other medical institutions is bound to comply with a considerable number of OSHA standards. The hospital has several mechanisms put in place as a measure of protecting the workers as well as the patients.
