Introduction
Assessment methods are the strategies, techniques, tools and instruments for collection of information to determine the extent to which students demonstrate the required learning outcome (Delrot, 2010).

This book explains how obesity is a large health-related concern of the current 21st century. The book explains how obesity affects health, economic and even the social factors of an individual as well the nation at large. The report intends to accomplish four objectives: One, to increase the likelihood the obesity prevention efforts will be evaluated appropriately. The second objective is to increase the probability that the results of these evaluations will inform and improve the decision-making procedures in all the sectors. The third objective that the book strives to accomplish is to increase the probability that the progress will be evident in monitoring the adoption, maintenance and even the implementation of tested interventions. Finally, yet importantly, the book strives also to increase the probability that the most promising approaches for increasing the prevention of obesity will be spread widely. The book is indispensable in analyzing my prevention ideas as well as converting the prevention techniques and assessments that worked.
