Assessment methods are the strategies, techniques, tools and instruments for collection of information to determine the extent to which students demonstrate the required learning outcome (Delrot, 2010).

This book explains how obesity is a large health-related concern of the current 21st century. The book explains how obesity affects health, economic and even the social factors of an individual as well the nation at large. The report intends to accomplish four objectives: One, to increase the likelihood the obesity prevention efforts will be evaluated appropriately.
