Assessing Educator’s Role and Nursing Practice
Nursing responsibilities based on advanced practice, continues to develop globally. The common progression of the nurses' roles promotes the establishment and expansion of opportunities for advanced or improved nursing practices. Moreover, the escalating requirement for expert or professional nursing care at the advanced practice levels promotes the fullest extent utilization of nurses' skills and knowledge obtained from training and education. Though the comprehensive application of nurses' training and education enhance healthcare quality, hindrances to practices of advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) prevent evaluation and achievement of an optimal nurses' roles in ensuring high-quality healthcare services to patients. Consequently, the paper intends to assess how nurse educator's or advanced practice nurse's roles promote nurses to practice to the fullest extent of their education and training.
