Introduction
In contemporary society, healthcare is a critical aspect of the community's health status. In the past few years, governments have been making efforts towards integrating the healthcare systems to decrease fragmentation that occurred over the years. Through the use of the Integrated Delivery Systems (IDSs), the improved quality of care, delivery, and healthcare outcomes have been realized. Besides, the staff fails to fully account for the system's errors due to a fragmented system. IDS has allowed these institutions to have clear records of patient and staff data with much ease resulting in efficient information on both sides.
